After verified payment in full is received, we will execute a quit claim deed naming you (or your designee, specified in writing) as the grantee for the claim. We will record the deed with the county and with the BLM via MLRS. We will mail to you a copy of the deed and the location notice for the claim once filed.

The mining claims being sold are unpatented mining claims and are governed by the General Mining Law of 1872 (30 U.S.C. §§ 22-54). This sale conveys interest in the claim only, not ownership of the land itself. The land itself remains under the management of the U.S. Forest Service or Bureau of Land Management (BLM).

No guarantee is made regarding the existence, quantity, or quality of any mineral resources on the claim. The buyer is responsible for conducting their own due diligence, including verifying claim status with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), compliance with local, state, and federal laws, and assessment of the property's suitability for any intended purpose.
